We are seeking titled partners—Emigram.com website moderators—representing specific cultural and linguistic emigrant groups (diasporas) living in specific regions (countries, parts of countries, states, provinces, etc.).

1. What is Emigram.com?
Emigram.com is a multifunctional online platform uniting emigrants from different countries. It allows users to communicate, find useful information, receive consultations, post classifieds, and much more.

2. Who is a Titled Moderator at Emigram.com?
A titled moderator is a leader managing the site for a specific cultural and linguistic group. Your task is to develop the platform, fill it with content, moderate interactions, and assist users.

Collaboration Terms for a Titled Moderator of a Specific Emigram.com Site

Financial Model and Responsibilities

  1. All moderation and administration costs are covered by the titled user (own computer, remote work setup, communication costs, overhead, travel expenses).
  2. The moderator independently determines how to manage the site within the established operational framework, documentation, and instructions provided by the licensor.
  3. Moderators must strictly follow the user agreement and regulatory documents from Emigram.com’s central governing body.
  4. 80% of all income generated by the website under the moderator’s administration goes to the moderator. 20% goes to Emigram.com’s authorized organization.
  5. A moderator can be any individual approved under Emigram.com’s guidelines, having signed a user agreement. This person can also act as a sole entrepreneur or own at least 51% of a legal entity where they serve as the sole executive. Other arrangements must be approved by the Emigram.com Central Council.

  1. One moderator manages one site.
  2. Average number of active users: 50,000.
  3. 3% (approx. 1,500 users) make purchases through the site.
  4. Average monthly purchase per user: €50. Site share: 5% = €2.50 per purchase. Monthly site revenue: €3,750. Moderator share (80%): €3,000.

Advertising

About 5 ad slots per site. Average price per slot: €120/month. Total ad revenue: €600. Moderator share: €480.

Classified Ads

At least 10 new listings/month. Average ad price for 3 months: €200 → €200 monthly revenue. Moderator share: €160.

Emigram.com is a growing product. We are already working on its development and have a clear vision for the next 1, 2, and 5 years. Your involvement can help shape what it becomes.

Under our “optimum” forecast scenario, the number of active users is expected to double each year for the next five years, and so should the moderators' income. By the end of next year, a site moderator should be earning a stable income of at least €10,000/month.

What You Need to Succeed as a Site Moderator

  1. Build partnerships and negotiate with site clients and partners.
  2. Administer the site, manage ad and research orders.
  3. Keep financial records related to the site.
  4. Moderate all types of content (text, images, videos, audio, forums), ensuring compliance with laws and Emigram’s neutrality principles.
  5. Regularly add content to establish the site as a responsive, local information resource.
  6. Engage with users via chat, email, video/audio calls, forums—supporting emigrants with consultations, legal help, information, etc.
  7. Collaborate with local, regional, and national authorities and organizations addressing emigrant group issues.
  8. Apply for grants and legal support programs benefiting users.
  9. Organize public events related to the site.
  10. Contribute ideas and feedback for improving the platform.

These tasks are not exhaustive—they reflect the breadth of responsibility taken on by a moderator committed to supporting people at every stage of emigration and integration.

This role requires dedication, knowledge, love for people, and a professional, responsible attitude.

The moderator must be a leader in their national diaspora—someone respected and well-known. Even if you’re not yet such a figure, Emigram.com will inevitably place you at the center of the emigrant community's life.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Motivation and willingness to manage the Emigram platform for a specific cultural and linguistic group, and alignment with our values.
  2. Fluent knowledge of the target group’s language and culture. Ideally, you belong to this group and speak the local language.
  3. Permanent residence in the territory your Emigram site will serve.
  4. A completed higher education degree related to social or community work.
  5. At least 3 years of experience in public or community work.
  6. At least 3 years of experience working with digital communication tools.
  7. Confident digital and online communication skills.
  8. Knowledge of marketing, commerce, and organizational management.
