Has anyone been in that situation?

I going to Moscow to work for a an english company based in London, which is a subcontractor of a international US company which has a representative office there. I am going with a 12 month business visa.

Can somebody tell me:

1. What is the local document that i need to work (eventualy, what is the fee taken by the local companies that arrange these matters)

2. What are the taxes (I will be resident there for 12 months and I am Belgian)

Better to ask your employer...

Flat income tax 13%. Plus social/pension payments - don't remember exactly how much they are, but I think it's about 1-3%.
